<h2 id="">About Online Strength Building </h2><p id="">‍</p><p id="">This <strong id="">Strength Building online class for older adults</strong> is designed to help you become stronger and improve balance in a safeway. </p><p id="">‍</p><p id="">In this session, we will do movements that will help improve muscle flexibility, keep our bones strong, and promote mobility.
