Mission Reconnect
Phoenix-based Televeda Systems Inc. been awarded a project from the Arizona Department of Veteran Services called Mission Reconnect. The project's goal is to provide physical and mental support for unhoused veterans.
Through Mission Reconnect, veterans can receive assistance with:
- Professional development training classes
- Resume building and interview skills
- Digital literacy training
- Fitness and nutrition classes
- Access to events for socialization and mental wellbeing
- Peer to peer support for improving mental health
All resources are provided free.

Hero’s Story
Mission Reconnect is part of a larger initiative for Televeda and our commitment to helping veterans with social connectedness.
Hero’s Story is a comprehensive solution to reduce isolation and promote healing amongst AI/AN veterans and tribal communities via accessible traditional healing practices.
Some of the goals include:
- Broadband, devices, and digital literacy
- Safe, veteran run peer support groups
- Sessions from Traditional and Healers and Native Elders
- Access to VA resources and benefits
- Culturally appropriate mental health app
- Further support for mental health and suicide prevention
