televëda uses live and live-streaming classes to keep seniors positively engaged. We have developed a software based digital therapy program with high-touch support so that everyone can participate. It is accessible for different mobility, visual and cognitive levels. Users can choose from a selection of weekly classes to attend and make new friends.
We focus on holistic wellness and therapy based fitness, music, brain games, mindfulness and community bonding. We’ve tracked high NPS and mood scores.
Movement
Classes have been designed with the help of physical therapists, instructional designers, wellness experts and healthcare professionals.

Participants join via 1 click on any device. We provide the platform, classes, support, and engagement for positive community building.
Since July 2018, we've seen positive outcomes with over 500+ seniors using our flagship program.
Join Zachary Kelley who has performed in over 11 countries and helped train dancers on various hit television shows including: So You Think You Can Dance, World of Dance, the Disney Channel, Dance Moms, and the Miss America Pageant. In 2019, Zach was selected to represent Team USA at the 2019 World Tap Championships.

Space Exploration & Astronomy
In this class, participants will hear about the early history of our exploration of the universe. We cover ancient astronomy, with an eye towards our relationship with the patterns of the stars above us, and our early understanding of what those stars meant. In addition, we will discuss how science fiction novelists like Jules Verne inspired the early rocket scientists.
