Native veterans face some of the highest rates of suicide in the country, yet many mainstream mental health tools don’t reflect their cultures, values, or ways of healing. Project Hózhó bridges that gap by combining traditional storytelling and talking circles with a secure telehealth platform, giving veterans a space to connect with one another, share their experiences, and access support grounded in their own traditions. The result is care that meets veterans where they are, honoring both their service and their cultural identity.
