Heather is a 500 hr certified yoga instructor from Arizona. She has 7 years experience teaching yoga in all of its forms and she most enjoys flow. She is also certified in medical qigong, tai chi, and meditation. Some of her interests include reading, gardening, cooking, hanging out with her two boys, and lots of rain and trees which is one of the reasons she moved to Washington.
Heather’s intention is to encourage a stronger sense of mindfulness of the body and breath on the mat in order to cultivate a stronger awareness of the present moment in everyday life.
