About our Virtual Discussion & Meditation Session

In this class we will explore how mindfulness can improve mental health, reduce stress, and improve the quality of our sleep. We will focus on the practice of gratitude and discuss how this helps transform our minds to orient towards all the small moments in life that are worth appreciating. Each of these small moments strings together to create a web of well-being that, over time, strengthens your ability to find the good things in life.

About Discussion & Meditation Group Instructor

Molly Schmidt has a background in Yoga, Holistic Nutrition and Mindfulness meditation. She has spent the last 10 years studying how to integrate mind, body, and soul to cultivate a rich and meaningful life.

Molly is currently finishing her masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology at CIIS in SF where she is focusing on somatic healing, depth psychology, and group therapy. She offers holistic psychotherapy at a mental health clinic in San Francisco, where she brings her enthusiasm for supporting others on their path towards healing and living a balanced life.

Molly brings a warm and grounded presence while inviting authenticity, play, and curiosity to the space. She has a passion for cultivating community, exploring new ways to be mindful, and spending time discovering the wonders of nature.
