In this class we will explore how mindfulness can improve mental health, reduce stress, and improve the quality of our sleep. We will focus on the practice of gratitude and discuss how this helps transform our minds to orient towards all the small moments in life that are worth appreciating. Each of these small moments strings together to create a web of well-being that, over time, strengthens your ability to find the good things in life.
Come join us for a guided meditation, and discussion afterwards to connect with your community. You may leave feeling relaxed, less stressed, connected, and full of gratitude!
